|Recommended: YesI have lived in many apartment complexes around the country and this is by far the best managed property I have lived in. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the apartment I lived in was perfect for my needs. I rarely needed to put in a maintenance request but when I did they were handled quickly and professionally. In addition, the office staff is always very attentive and willing to help if possible. Diana the manager is very good at her job. I have never had an issue dealing with her in the 2 years I have lived here. I am moving out of state or I would live here as long as I could. This review may sound a little too good but it is all true

Please look into adding a fitness center in the future.

|Recommended: YesBest secret in Belton — Tempted to get rid of my car, everything is walkable Everything University, Baylor Medical Clinics, Dental, Vision, HEBplus,CVS, Movie Theatre. Short drive to the lakes.

Exceptionally classy layouts of apartment units along with ample amount of shade to keep it cool in the summer. Overall very happy with experience and the ladies at the front desk are fantastic, they keep the neighborhood clean and always willing to help out the tenants
